I don't believe that Android has exposed the IntentFirewall
functionality and thus the ifw.xml file yet. You would have to generate
one yourself in the meantime. I'm also not aware of any outside material
that describes the xml syntax of ifw.xml either so you'll have to make
do with looking through the code. You could take any general
IntentFirewall questions to some of the Android specific lists if needed
though. SE for Android will be leveraging IntentFirewall in the future
to bring our ideas concerning control over ICC on 4.4+ devices. At that
time we'll make an announcement to this list along with instructions on
how to use the feature. Stay tuned.
