Would we want to move as much of the implementation as possible into android.c to help keep future maintenance (merges from upstream libselinux) as easy as possible? Something like this: https://bitbucket.org/hqjiang/external-libselinux/pull-request/4/permanent-sebooleans-feature/diff Which one is preferable?
