I assume that you only want to distinguish between the primary user (i.e., u0) 
and secondary users (i.e., u10, u20) and not between each user (i.e., u0 vs u10 
vs u20).

I think you can do that by modifying the context based on the seinfo and uid.

However, it is unclear to me why you want to do that. The rules are setup so 
that the app can have just enough permission to perform its job independent of 
user (i.e., MAC vs DAC).

I observed that user for same application across different users is u0_a27 and 
u10_a27, u0_a65 and u10_a65 and so on.

Can anyone please help me in achieving this ?
Is there any way to write rules on cgroup basis or user basis ?
