If using our branches (i.e. SE Android aka SE for Android), you can toggle App Ops settings via our SEAdmin app and you can enforce enterprise restrictions via Enterprise Ops policy (eops.xml). If using mainline Android, then you can use the new runtime permissions facility introduced in Android M.
