IIRC none of the install time mmac controls are supported by AOSP. I'm

Stephen just recently deprecated all the seandroid bitbucket branches
but you could port/foward-port that feature if you need it. However, its
no longer maintained by him, so do so at your own risk.

Even in our branches, we dropped the allow/deny tags from install-time MAC a long time ago and switched over to alternate mechanisms for that granularity of control, e.g. EnterpriseOps (EOps).

In mainline Android, you now have the runtime permissions mechanisms in Marshmallow as the best way to deny camera access on a per-app basis (but disabling it via the device admin is better if you want to just disable it device-wide).
