Re: (313) mp3 recorder
If you want a balanced input via XLR, you can look at products from Mrantz and M-Audio. Both of them have really nice, solid-state flash- memory recorders. However, you're looking at $500+ for that badness. LMGM On May 10, 2006, at 6:21 AM, Nik Stoltzman wrote: Ditto: iRiver. Perfect for recording with. Re: (313) mp3 recorder
The iAudio mp3 players are also very highly regarded. There is a small dongle required for line-in recording, but for most people it's not an issue to carry that around. A friend just got the X5 and it looks well nice. He's a heavy user and very happy with it. These have definitely got iRivers beat cosmetically but in almost every other way they compete as well: http://eng.iaudio.com/ Tristan === [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.phonopsia.co.uk - Original Message - From: "Mann, Ravinder" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>; "313" <313@hyperreal.org> Sent: Wednesday, May 10, 2006 11:32 AM Subject: RE: (313) mp3 recorder I have the Iriver 340 its coming up to 3 years old now, it has a line/mic in for mp3 recording and I think you can record in a range of bit rates up to 320kbps or as wav.
