Re: [AI] Respect morale; delete indecent content while replying; security tip to prevent account hacking; thanks: Re: My email was hacked, apology.
Wonderful justification. Taking sides. Eh? To be honest, I'm in several lists other than this access india. But I have received few blank mails and even sometimes, non-related questions by the list members. But so far in my eleven years list experience, I haven't gotten any email with related to the porn in other mailing lists. Also many of the moderators banned many of the members if they violate the rules whether that was accidental or on purpose. I personally dono him. And again, I won't assure as it is a mistake. I'm also in some of the porn lists. But I haven't sent any of it's messages to any of the lists and blamed the hackers. -Original Message- From: AccessIndia [mailto:accessindia-boun...@accessindia.org.in] On Behalf Of Amar Jain Sent: Sunday, December 16, 2012 6:43 AM To: accessindia Subject: [AI] Respect morale; delete indecent content while replying; security tip to prevent account hacking; thanks: Re: My email was hacked, apology. I am seriously disgusted to read the replies from people saying that it was intentional and planned email from a person like Chetan sir even after knowing that the email account was hacked? How can people really forget the repute and respect which a person gets with so many efforts, due to a mistake, the fault of which cannot be even attributed to him? Even if some of the members don't know the particular person, in that case also we must not conclude so irresponsibly. Doubting someone's morale is something very serious, and it should not be done with the ease which some of the intellectual members have shown in this incident. Well said Amar, I totally agree with you. Re: [AI] Respect morale; delete indecent content while replying; security tip to prevent account hacking; thanks: Re: My email was hacked, apology
Hi, I fully agree with you. How can be one sure that his account has been actually hacked and he is not lying? Also no one knows whether he has filed any complaint or not. Moreover, I personally feel that we are responsible for the safety of our account and if it is hacked and misused, we alone have to bear the consequences. If the moderator does not treat this as a rarest of the rare cases and does not take strict action against this man,, a very wrong signal will go. I am afraid we will see many of such mails in the future and Mr Harish will have no moral right to take any action against the culprits as they all will claim their accounts were hacked - Original Message - From: "Deepali W" To: Sent: Monday, December 17, 2012 9:18 PM Subject: Re: [AI] Respect morale; delete indecent content while replying; security tip to prevent account hacking; thanks: Re: My email was hacked, apology Good Moderation, Very Shocking I feel that he should not be on the list just because he is helpful, and provide useful material. And if someone thinks that only he is the person who can help, then, just contact him on his personal id. Who knows it won’t happen again and no other girl will have to face the same issue? And benefit of doubt? Then, he has used my name. And only the list owner knows how many persons are with the same name on the list. The other question I have is, was the account really hacked? The details of IP address and can also be fake. Has he really filed any complain? Either he should be removed or this is not the safe list for girls to ask help for their doubts and issues regarding permitted topics. And how could you be so sure that he has send the mail and not hacker. Just because the mail has been send through using his e-mail ID. Can't you understand the logic behind it, the hacker has first send the offensive mail and then asked for apology to the list just to make sure that the mail has been send by the owner of the mail ID.
