Re: Overriding Options File
Create a new option file that has your new include/exclude list. In your scripted backup, specify the new opt file by adding -optfile=xxx at the end your backup command. But it is not normally done as alternating excluding and then not excluding files can play havoc with your retention policys. Can you tell the list group, what leads to your question? Maybe there is another method of doing what you wish. If not, another method might be to define two nodes for your server. Backup the data normally excluded on node1 using node2. len -- Notice: This e-mail message, together with any attachments, contains information of Merck & Co., Inc. Hello, A recent code change has been added to reduce CPU utilization during online (snapshot) image and offline (static) image backups. Please try TSM Windows Client 5.1.5.9 which contains this change, before investigating hardware changes. Hello all, I'm doing TSM server upgrade now from 4.2 to 5.1. TSM server is running on AIX 4.3.3.0. The installation process is very slow. It has been running for over three hours. I found the following process is running for more than three hours: dsmserv upgradedb runfile /usr/tivoli/tsm/server/bin/haltsrvr.cmd I don't get any error message. Is there anyone who has experienced the same problem? Thanks in advance! Jialin -- Notice: This e-mail message, together with any attachments, contains information of Merck & Co., Inc. Re: Nettape Support
The following is the answer: Csrss.exe - You cannot end this process from Task Manager. - This is the user-mode portion of the Win32 subsystem (with Win32.sys being the kernel-mode portion). Csrss stands for client/server run-time subsystem and is an essential subsystem that must be running at all times. Csrss is responsible for console windows, creating and/or deleting threads, and some parts of the 16-bit virtual MS-DOS environment. -Original Message- From: Selva, Perpetua [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: Tuesday, January 09, 2001 11:58 AM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: Re: Nettape Support HI Anyone know of this process on NT /ADSM, please let me know csrss.exe Thanks
