Re: AdGroupService fields
Hi Anthony, Thanks for the reply, I tried adding the Device and i can see its unfortunately not what i'm looking for. I don't need which device was used to access the campaign. But how leads from a campaign is divided into subcategories of total leads. I've added a photo from one of the adgroups, we need to access the data from the coloumns marked with red. The problem is that it's some custom coloumns that has been added to the adgroup/campaign in order to see which sales areas the leads came from. Is there anyway to access custom coloumns from an adgroup or from the campaingn performance report? Adwords conversions and Analytics goals through ConversionTrackerService
We have an account that imported its Analytics conversion goals into Adwords. When requesting statistics we see the total includes them but when we try to request a list of conversions they aren't returned. Another old topic I found about this (https://groups.google.com/forum/#!searchin/adwords-api/analytics$20conversions/adwords-api/dPrrhZhmLGo/9_7Z6ClK1c0J) never actually confirms if they supposed to be included, but because they are included in the statistics this is something I would expect... Re: Adgroup tracking templates and MISSING_TRACKING_URL_TEMPLATE_TAG
Hi Josh, sorry to ressurect this thread, but I've just stumbled upon this behavior. We have a case where a client uses Flurry Analytics to track his app downloads. There's an app for Android and iOS each, and a handful of campaigns promoting either of the two. The tracking links coming from Flurry don't contain the actual App Store / Google Play link, so I presumed they could just set the respective tracking link on the campaign and tag each ad with the actual App Store or Google Play link. Unfortunately and as explained below, that won't work as the shared templates must contain a final URL parameter. I suppose this means that we have to use the same tracking template on each iOS/Android ad, which is certainly doable but seems a bit excessive. Is there any specific reasoning behind requiring {lpurl} or similar in shared tracking templates or is this something that might be dropped at a later point? Thanks for your feedback and best regards, Dorian On Thursday, May 21, 2015 at 6:14:49 PM UTC+2, Josh Radcliff (AdWords API Team) wrote: Hi James, I spoke with our resident upgraded URLs expert, and it turns out that all shared templates require *{lpurl}* or one of its variants in the *trackingUrlTemplate*. Re: updating ip exclusion list
Hello, You can use SET operator (for the mutate operation) to update existing exclude IP addresses ( Which will remove existing IP address and set the new IP address to exclude provided by SET operator). The MutateJobService https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201506/MutateJobService is used when the user wants to schedule large batches of updates to your AdWords campaigns as asynchronous mutate jobs. The CampaignCreterionService https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201506/CampaignCriterionService will be the synchronous operation. You can decide based on requirements. Updating one IpBlock will count as one operation https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/ratesheet#api-operations. Create an exclusion list using Adwords forwarding phone number
Hi, I have a website, on which is setup a google forwarding number. I want to be able to stop displaying my search ads on people that phone the telephone operators (using the google forwarded number) but, that do not subscribe during the call. Ideally, I want to build a system that would allows operators to flag customers as not interested yet. This customers would then not be displayed any search ads, for a period of time. That brings 2 major questions to me : 1. Is it possible to identify the customer visiting on my website so I know who he is when he phones the telephone operators. 2. Can I use GCLIDs or IPs to stop the ads for these customers (using the offline conversions or the IP exclusions or an audience) Micka, -- -- =~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~ Also find us on our blog and Google+: https://googleadsdeveloper.blogspot.com/ https://plus.google.com/+GoogleAdsDevelopers/posts =~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups AdWords API Forum group. Re: AdGroupCriterion operation affecting AdGroup TargetingSettingDetail
Hey Umesh, When you add a Placement through the Targeting window of the AdWords UI, the radio button has Target and Bid selected even if the existing selection is Bid only. Not sure if that helps... Test account getting INVALID_TOKEN_HEADER error
Ok, I've had to reset completely, on the advice of the AdWords API support team. I have: 1) created a brand new MCC account, and linked it to my existing MCC account 2) created a test MCC account, with a couple of users and campaigns 3) Got OAuth2 tokens while logged into this test account 4) Used the developer Token I got from the brand new MCC account I am running my test scripts now, while logged in as the test account... and am getting the INVALID_TOKEN_HEADER error. I am unsure how to fix this. thanks, andy -- -- =~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~ Also find us on our blog and Google+: https://googleadsdeveloper.blogspot.com/ https://plus.google.com/+GoogleAdsDevelopers/posts =~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups AdWords API Forum group. Hi Micka, This forum deals with AdWords API. Your question seems better suited for the AdWords Product Support Team for help. You could repost your question on the AdWords Product Forum https://www.en.adwords-community.com/ and they should be able to help.
