Standard Access Request to Google Ads API No Response

Hello, I made a standard access request to the Google Ads API but I have 
not received any response. We are unable to grow because we have reached a 
daily limit of API requests that has already been reached. The future of 
our company depends on this. I humbly ask that you review our request.

Upload Conversion For Upsell Sales

I have a situation where the same Gclid has two conversions, one of them is 
from a normal sale and the other from an Upsell sale made after the normal 
purchase. I would like to send the separate conversions to Google to count 
as two conversions. I know there is a Conversion Adjustment, but from what 
I understand this works when you want to adjust the existing conversion 
value and in the end you will only have 1 conversion. In short, how do I 
upload two conversions to the same Gclid?

Good question! I've already done this but the value doesn't change. It 
seems that to change the value you need to use the Conversion Adjustment?

We have observed that in Google campaigns, clicks that have gbraid or 
wbraid are also sent the gclid. Why would I upload gbraid or wbraid instead 
of gclid?

Access API developer token Basic any response

I submitted the Google Ads API developer token Basic a lot of times,  since 
then that I haven't received any response from Google Team.
I have also filled in the form to contact Google Ads API Compliance team 
but still no response.

   - Google Ads Manager Account (MCC) ID: 528-997-9259
   - Access level: basic access requested
   - Case ID: Never received any case idI would really appreciate if you 
   could look into my case.
