to told  As this issue is related to the App Conversion Tracking and 
Remarketing API  , I 
would recommend you to reach out to the App Conversion Tracking and 
Remarketing API as they are better equipped to address your concerns.

Please note that our team can only assist with the technical queries or 
concerns related to the  Google Ads API 
. 

There is no way to reach App Conversion Tracking and Remarketing API 
 team.
