Thank you for reaching out. Could you confirm if you also wish to allowlisting 
your account for uploading gbraid and wbraid for conversion? If yes, then the 
allowlisting process should be done by your Google manager / representative. 
That said, if you have yet to identify a Google manager or representative, then 
the Google Ads Product support team can help identify one for you, you may 
reach out to them via this form.
