I've spent a fair bit of time thinking about this. I have pronounced and
definite reservations about it. However, I have concluded that the worst
case scenario with this proposal isn't that bad, and that it would be an
interesting experiment at the very least. The only way to see how it'll
play out is to give it a go.

I change my vote on proposal 8537 to FOR.
