I wanted to add that this is not limited to German dictionaries or the use of
German OOo versions. I'm currently using OOo 2.0.1 RC2 english and the problem
still exists:

- create new document
- activate hyphenation in default paragraph style
- enter together. (followed by a full stop as shown)
- move the word to the end of the line by inserting spaces in front of it until
it's being hyphenated
- add the term to=ge=ther to any active dictionary (including the equals signs
as shown)

After clicking OK the dictionary entry gets activated and the word together
is no longer hyphenated. Instead the part normally moved to the next line is
printed on the right page border, followed by a hyphen and missing the full
stop.

before entry in dictionary:
| | | |
| | to-| |
| |gether. | |
| | | |

after entry:
| | | |
| | together-|
| | | |

I really think this needs to be fixed.

Note: This concearns the OOo Basic Editor component. However, I could not find a
proper category so I filed it under ui, because it's an ui issue.

Do the following:
- Open an empty Writer document
- Menu: Tools -- Macros -- Organize Dialogues
- Tab-page Libraries
- Click Edit.

The Undo and Redo icons in the OOo Basic Editor toolbar are active although
no undo/redo is possible. Can't Undo and Can't Redo in the Edit menu are
also not grayed out. When selecting either of them, nothing happens.

This is inconsistent to e.g. Writer, where those icons / menu entries are grayed
out when not operational.

[sw-issues] [Issue 56308] Frame ignores position ch anges in template when UI set to German langua ge

I find this problem is far more serious. It is quite normal that the user is
playing around with a template before he finds it suitable to his needs.

The template marginalia is defective from this point on - not only in respect
to the one frame in my testcase that caused the problem but also in respect to
all other frames inserted later and assigned to marginalia. They _all_ ignore
the position upon closing and reopening the document. It's not the frame that's
defective from then on, it's the template!

Mind you that roughly only three alterations of the object's position stored
within the template are necessary to break the template.

I found this out after having used the marginalia template together with
countless frames within a huge document.

Having to alter /all/ of those frames because of something like this and being
forced to try to repair or replace the defective template feels like using
Microsoft Word.

Indeed, the problem seems to be gone in SRC680_m142. (That build wasn't publicly
available when I filed the issue.) Sorry for the false alarm, guys.

- Create a new document.
- Activate Outline Numbering for all levels, e.g. type 1,2,3 ...
- Type:
Heading A
Heading B
- Assign style Heading 1 to to both headings
- Promote Heading B or demote Heading A using the navigator. Alternatively
use Move up/down with subpoints in the Bullets and Numbering toolbar.

Problem: The Number in front of the demoted/promoted heading (and all the
subpoints, if present) disappears.

Reason: Writer deactivates the numbering of the promoted/demoted heading
including subpoints.

When trying to apply a paragraph style other than the Heading styles directly
to an automatic outline number, writer crashes. If Outline Numbering is
activated this can happen very easily by accident when doing some basic
formatting.

I'm using a clean installation of OOo 2.0 RC3.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open new document
2. Activate outline numbering: Tools -- Outline Numbering -- Level: 1..10;
Number: 1, 2, 3 ... -- OK
3. Type test
4. Apply style Heading 1
5. Click directly on the 1 before test, so that it is highlighted (gray
background)
6. Apply e.g. style Text body (Default, Marginalia, etc.)
7. Writer crashes
