Switching on on and off fonts has desired effect in e.g. MS Word 2004 V 11.6.1 I upgraded to 10.6.6 only after I noticed the error. So both 10.6.5 and 10.6.6 are affected with 3.3, I'll check again with OOo 3.2 under OS X 10.6.6, but I have do get it first. - Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker. This behaviour occured only after upgrading to Mac OS X 10.6 "snow leopard", since then in any version including 3.2rc4 I use right now, on Mac OS X 10.6.2. I read somewhere that font handling changed a lot in snow leopard. There is another font I used before the system now does not even accept.
