Enter formula:in D1
=IF(A1="20.UPPER";LOOKUP(C1;{0;10;20;30};{1;2;3;4});IF(A1="20.lower";LOOKUP(C1;{0;10;20;30};{5;6;7;8});IF(A1="19";LOOKUP(C1;{0;10;20;30};{9;10;11;12}
Lookup function works only when searching ranges of values between 30 and 39.
The formula will return "N/A" unless they are included in the lookup list (e.g.,
'0', '10', '20'). A value of , say, '5' in C1 will return "N/A".
