It has version 2.0 0 and is from Oct, 14th 2008. This one shows the 'offensive' problem. Removed keyword "needmoreinfo". This does NOT occur with the English (US, GB, CAN, AUS, ZA) dictionary that come along with Sun-built OOo 3.1.1. (see http://download.openoffice.org). That one is "composed" (serving 5 english variants with one installation) and has a newer version of the Canadian dict. Coming from the same source, but having a time stamp from December 2008. I had a look at the currently available OOo 3.2 Beta build (OOO320_m6) and all is still OK. So in OOo 3.2 this will be fine by default. The maintainer of the dictionary must update the version available at the URL given above to his newest dictionary. Feel free to send him appropriate feedback, maybe name this issue ID when doing so. The workaround for single words is to add words to a personal dictionary. Reassigned to me. - Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
