Copying an unitialized value (of a type other than unsigned char) has undefined behavior, because some platforms may have 'trap values' - i.e. bit patterns that can cause a hardware exception when such a value is loaded into a register (e.g. an address register for a pointer). I don't think this applies to any platform we support, but nevertheless the warning is fully justified by the rukes of the C++ languge. - Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
