This bug can always be reproduced by following procedure:
1. Open Impress and create a new page with a title and text box where you can
enter items line by line
2. Input a title and then two lines of items
3. Add animation to the two lines of items
4. Add a third line of item
5. Add animation to the new item. You will find the animation can not be added
to new item, instead, it was added to previous item.
