[android-developers] CursorAdapter performance
Hello everyone, I'm new to android development. I'm using cursor adapter for large data in my list view. Everything works well except when I try to scroll 1000 lines, the application freezes and stop responding. Everything backs to normal after 3 seconds. What's going on there? [android-developers] how to manually free a large array
Hello, I'm new to android app development. Now I need to create a very large array and write to disk. After I finish it, I need to delete it immediately. I tried to call System.gc(), but it doesn't work very well. Should i consider use object pooling? Thanks! Have a good holiday!
