This is a problem, which has been going on since last week. http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/Android+Market/thread?tid=2156a1d8ddb8ba47&hl=en It has to do with permissions on apps.. Google hasn't responded to the issue - maybe you'll be able to at Foursquare. Would sure be nice - it's a bit frustrating. Things seem to be getting back to normal, foursquare is now appearing for those users again (it was affecting users on evo, eris, possibly others).
