Bug is still present in R16
WXGA emulator does not work, even changing device ram site to 512MB.
Is there someone who found right workaround/fix?

The WXGA800 and WXGA720 emulators definitely work on R16. I personally
run these emulator AVDs with 1GB of device RAM.

Note, though, that the current version of the tools is R20.

This bug has been fixed in the R15 update, in any case I can't
understand why I cannot see the navigation button
when using WXGA resolution and API Level 14.

I'm sorry but how can we test our app on ICS and WXGA resolution if
the emulator doesn't work at all?

few ICS images with and without snapshots and neither of them will boot 
successfully. The GUI shows up, but quickly disappears again and if I 
run the same manually from the prompt with the -verbose flag the trace 
ends with:

Also If I try onq hello word app with 4.0 but eclipse also gets crashed
while accessing any file after creation. i am totally stuck :(
