He replies, Its the cocunut trees which shake themselves and enjoy even my faulty songs. They are my first and foremost fans, and they are found in abundance there. In 5 days, he wrote 7 songs and called Director Maniratnam to come over there , and handed over the songs to him. The film, has heroine Aishwarya Rai, which is getting prepared in Hindi and Tamil simulteanously. For the hindi version, it will have lyrics by GULZAR, and in tamil it would be VAIRAMUTHU. When compared to the Hindi songs, the Tamil ones are better in beauty and grammer is the opinion of the entire Film crew. When asked about this to Vairamuthu, he replies, Gulzar is a better lyricist than me. But Tamil is a better language than Hindi. So, the Tamil songs may sound better than Hindi.
