My users experience this if they have not set the report server TCP port
number.  Sometimes they time out, sometimes they get data but some
columns are missing.

Preeti,

I only mention this because I keep forgetting about it ;)

Remember that Crystal is using the Database Names for the Fields, and Remedy
User is using the Display Names for the Fields, as they appear in the View
being used when the Report is created.

Make sure you have checked "Use ODBC Underscores" in
Tools->Options->Advanced tab.

It may be the cause if its unchecked.

In my case I can see the report perfectly on the server - user tool but on
the clients - user tool some columns are missing.

Any ideas what may be the cause???
