My users experience this if they have not set the report server TCP port number. Preeti, I only mention this because I keep forgetting about it ;) Remember that Crystal is using the Database Names for the Fields, and Remedy User is using the Display Names for the Fields, as they appear in the View being used when the Report is created. Preeti, One my clients is facing the same problem. Make sure you have checked "Use ODBC Underscores" in Tools->Options->Advanced tab. It may be the cause if its unchecked.
