During the installation, there is a prompt for credentials for the Business Connector Proxy Account. There is something wrong with those credentials. The account must be an Active Directory account. It must be possible to connect to AX using that account from the machine where you are installing the workflow components. I hope this helps. Hi, The account is a Domain Admin account and is also a part of AX Admin group. Still do not know why its not able to login. Hi Friends, I firgured it out. My AX 4.0 AOS was also running and hence it was not able to install. I stopped AX 4.0 AOS and installed the extension.
