I am still trying to figure out a way to delete messages in the All Mail Box

this without deleting my regular In Box which has happened several times.
Must I delete one message at a time and then it should not delete my regular

do.
Thank you in advance for your ideas.

Okay, Angelina. You may need to study the software carefully. However, one
of the scanning options should be that you can choose which kind of file the
information is saved to. One of those options may be .pdf. Normally, you
need a full Adobe .pdf version to create a document in that format.
However, I have noticed that in some generic scanner software packages, .pdf
is an option.
If you find that you can't save to that format, you may need a conversion
program. There are quite a few out there and some may be on our home page.

A word of caution might be in order here, Angelina. Not all Epson scanners
are compatible with Jaws. I had to return one for that very reason.
Have you had the scanner for long? If not, and you find that it doesn't
work with Jaws, you might be able to return it and get an HP or some other
scanner that does work with screen readers.
There's a whole list of them on the Freedom Scientific site under Open
Book. That's one of their scanning programs. It's quite expensive these
days so I hope you can make the generic program work for you.
As a last resort, there are also several reasonable scanning programs, some
of which are quite workable with Jaws although not nearly as flexible as
Open Book.
Good luck Angelina.

Correct me if I'm mistaken, but I do believe the original question was

If you go to the mars30w.zip file in Windows Explorer and press the
applications key and arrow down, do you come to a choice that says
extract all...? If so, press Enter and either accept the default
folder name or type a new one. Then tab over three times or so to
extract and press Enter. I believe this employs the Windows 7
extraction program rather than Winzip, try it anyway. No one else is
having this problem, so I am puzzled.

Listers,

I have tried and tried to get Avast internet security to work on my office

crashes! Infact, it looks like any avast program above version5 don't like
my machine!

When the computer crashed I couldn't even bring it up to windows. I had
to
get my brother to go in to safe mode and use the uninstall tool for avast
in

order to get things working again. My brother don't know this, but my
computer is stuck again. I installed the free version5 which is what I've
been using but, I thought it would be good to up date the program, I
suppose

it up dated it to version6? In any case the computer is now waiting for my
brother to go to safe mode and fix it again.

Listers, does anybody have any ideas what's going on here? Or maybe, you
know! What's going on here?

Okay, I'm here listening.
