Cake is PHP so the PHP libraries for the Facebook Graph API are what you need to use and are likely to have their own forums/groups. That is beyond the scope of this group. I would suggest reading up on the API docs of Facebook/MySpace/Twitter/etc. and consulting their respective development communities.
