Well I tried to take a look at like 695 in my class but you have an older version so we are not looking at the same thing. Try upgrading to 2.3 and let me know if the error happens again. Well to find out why it is behaving differently you first need to find out what is causing the problem ... Of course, the real root of the problem is the fact that the uploader tries to access an array with a var that doesn't exist. Have a look at the script on line 695 and try to figure out why it's not set.
