Hey everyone, Thanks for the messages and such. The response has been overwhelming to these updates! If you are receiving the error online, please just simply fill out the form and fax/email it back in and it will be processed manually. Many of you purchased your products through a Training Advisor instead of online, so, the system just doesn't recognize the order and we would have to process it manually.
