What Rey is saying is to first multiply by 100 to get rid of the excess decimals. num*100 This will give you 2299.5. If you use numberFormat() without a mask, it rounds to the nearest integer (which I think is silly). If you use decimalFormat() or dollarFormat(), it rounds to two decimal places.
