[Chevelle-List] SBC exh. manifolds wanted
FYI, I'm still looking for a set of log-style SBC exhaust manifolds with 2-1/4 or larger outlets. The log should be below the inlets, the driver- side manifold should have a 90-degree (straight) outlet, and the passenger- side outlet should have a 45-degree outlet. brad: good luck finding a set. the largest that i know are the (65-66 195 -350 hp) #3834947 LH outlet 2.026 - (65-68 195-350 hp) 3840912 RH outlet 1.96 / (66 195-350 hp) #3872729 LH outlet 2.026- (66-68) 195- 325 hp) #3872730 RH outlet 1.96 / (67-68 195-325 hp) #3892679 LH outlet 2.026 - (67-68) 195-325 hp) #3892683 LH outlet 2.026 / (67-68 195-325 hp) #3893608 -RH outlet 1.96 - (69 200-300 hp) #3942527 LH outlet 2.026 - (69 200-300 hp) #3942529 LH outlet 2.026 - (69 200-300 hp) #39446826 RH outlet 1.96. as you can see this covers all CHEVELLES from 65-69 from a low hp of 195 to a high of 350. i have never seen a stock manifold any larger. Run of the mill 350 165hp LS-9 engine. The outlets are around 2" or so where they attach to the exhaust manifolds, not 2 1/4". Like you said, one 90 degree, one 45 degree.
