Just a remark: BGP by default DOES NOT support load-balance (it was not designet to do so). You can set default path for your AS but you can not influence to other AS. VLAN just devide ports to different different broadcast domains. Broadcast will go only to ports that are in the same broadcast domain. So broadcast will go thro but not to all ports. Does this VLAN's see each other (Trunking or router)? If that is so, you have a problem, because switch remebers the MAC addresses and MAC addresses on the LAN (nomatter that NIC are on different subnet) MUST be unique.
