The book is okay,
would also advice you to try out the commands on a router and a switch..
Go through the book and know your frame relay and ATM well.

    I the support Exam yesterday, I have got 850. It was very 
difficult, and unexpectable if you going to pass or not. But any way, I used the 
Cisco Press Book only and the Boson Exam 1,2.(did not help that 
much).
    Good luck for your exam.
