Title :Oracle PL/SQL Developer
Location: Whippany, NJ
Duration : 6+ months contract.
Rate : $50/hr Corp to Corp
There are 3 openings here!
PL/SQL needs to be current. Reference Data or Market Data (Bloomberg feeds)
would be a plus.
In the past, they’ve had issues with finding the right skills. This group is
in the Prime Brokerage area and they are supporting all PB apps. They need
people who can create tables, logical/physical designs.
Oracle and PL/SQL is the focus. They need a mix of DB expertise and PL/SQL
Dev skills. Again, they keep emphasizing the logical and physical designs
and table creations.
Not looking for DBAs. Need to be skilled in performance/tuning – not looking
for support.
Need SQL, objects, packages, triggers, functions.
Other RDBMS – Sybase and DB2 a plus.
Test is very thorough – 1 person will test on each of the 4 categories
(though, the business knowledge is a plus).

automatic in person interviews!
The Oracle PL/SQL Developer will be a key member of the GCS DB development
team, providing DB development solutions for Prime Brokerage Staging
Database (PBSD) application development project within GCS area . The
resource will be involved in the full project life cycle while working with
team lead and developers to implement effective technical solutions,
leveraging database technologies.*
