   @vinothchandar thanks for the detailed explanation! When I was considering 
this feature I was only considering the feedback that the extra columns were 
confusing for end users who have no knowledge of the backend systems. It makes 
sense you already would not have included them if they were not necessary. I'll 
close this.

   @vinothchandar These metadata columns are required for incremental queries? 
That would make sense but I did not realize that, if this is not possible we 
can close this. The purpose was to hide the extra columns for end users who 
might be confused or not have understanding of the hudi columns when querying.
