[SHR] roaming problem

Hi,

I'm using SHR testing in Spain. Last week I wento to Italy and my sim was not 
able to register, and in the screen it showed "SOS only". I put the sim in 
another mobile and it worked. Then I put the sim back into the Freerunner it 
worked also.

When I came back to Spain, i had again the same problem, with the "SOS only" 
message. I did the same: put the sim in another mobile and back into the 
Freerunner, and it worked. But of course I think it's not a good solution, 
because is needed another mobile to travel abroad with the Freerunner.

I don't know if it's related but I tried to go to Settings -> Phone and click 
on Operators button, and it said "Please wait..." for a while but did nothing, 
so I could'nt try to choose the network manually.

for the two way sync and collision resolving there's Unison. I use it a lot 
and it works fine.

For sure. I think it would be great to have such an application.
About the sync? Which distributions would it be compatible with? Anb by the pc 
side, which applications would be possible to sync with? Would kontact be one 
of them?

Once I had the same problem, I executed these sentences with sqlite and the 
database file (I don't remember where is it located, and now I don't have a 
2008.x distribution):

delete from contacts;
delete from contactaddresses;
delete from contactcategories;
delete from contactcustom;
delete from contactphonenumbers;

Hi again,

searching through the web I've read that Qtopia distribution does not support 
X11 applications, does it?
Then is there any other GPS application than the demo that comes installed?

[QtExtended] TangoGPS?

Hi all,

yesterday I flashed QtExtended 4.4.2 on my FreeRunner and I'm very happy until 
now because it seems quite fast and stable. I've installed tangogps, gpsdrive 
and navit with opkg, but I can't see these new applications anywhere. How can 
I run them?
