Yes, that was me at the same time as I made the comment. The quote was to explain why I was marking it as invalid (since I don't consider myself in any way capable of making that kind of judgment). For whatever reason, e-mail commands to Bugzilla weren't making it in. So for a few reports that I found, I played middle-man and manually entered the info that never made it to Bugzilla.
