We can actualy ship it now (the license was adapted), the rules for doing
so are kind of tight. We've plans to look into it after we get postfix and
sendmail to play nice with each other. The default will stay sendmail, but
it's selectable as we don't count sendmail part of "base" as redhat does.

On another note, ZMailer is a nice sendmail replacement. It gives me
much less headaches than QMail did. :) Giving the users plenty of
choices for these sort of things is certainly a plus.

Why not just use postfix without sendmail? that is what I do here and it works
 great!
No reason at all, works great on my mail server too. There're many
problems, the point is it's an option to use them together,
Originaly it started with "install everything", they both get installed
and niether worked. Then we get a semi coexsitance, we make sendmail die
so postfix gets a chance (no one has extinsively tested this as far as i
know, send test results peoples. i have it setup like this on a friends
machine but it's not a high traffic mail site). And finally with DrakX we
can actualy pick which to install (WooHoo!), even if it isn't quit so
simple yet. I've plans for some install time config options
(mail, web, sql's, and all that wonderfull stuff), but when i get to it is
a different story all together..
