Same problems as listed in 4897, 4984... Use Help from within an application and
KDE Help Center crashes with no error shown, load KDE Help center from start
menu and Help Center starts with no problems. 

This behavior being diaplyed in Mandrake 9.2RC2, KDE 3.1.4

I'm also getting this problem. All works OK if I only start khelpcenter and
browse it from there. But if I try to start it from another KDE app using "Help
> * Handbook" (or using the above command in console) the window appears for a
moment (without any content) and ten it just closes. If I start it from the
Konsole I get errors like this:

kdecore (KAction): KActionCollection::endXMLPlug(): this = 0x8190410
ERROR: Communication problem with khelpcenter, it probably crashed.
