*Position: SQL Server with ETL* *Location: Arlington, VA* *Duration: 6 Months+* *Locals f2f and non-locals skype* *Job Description:* Primary Job Duties • Originates and maintains custom programming projects, programming integration projects, and data extraction. Fluent in SQL and will mine data from data warehouse for the purposes of supporting complex operational analyses. • Conduct ad-hoc analyses across a multitude of business issues including pop health, revenue cycle management, payer contracting, and financial domains • Utilize multiple ETL and API tools and methods to ingest disparate data into Data Warehouse • Collaborate with population health teams to improve outcomes and savings across value-based care business • Extract and transform data from data warehouse and convey key findings to leadership • Utilize data expertise to improve data validity and integrity across the enterprise • Develop tools that proactively improve business and health outcomes for providers and patients • Share technical expertise to team members at all levels on data mining and analysis techniques in order to promote a highly accurate data analytics organization • Act as a consulting resource for data architecture and data model creation across the enterprise • Perform other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, etc.) or equivalent experience • 2-3 years' experience in one or more programming languages, such as SAS/SQL/R • 2+ years of experience utilizing Python to analyze data and create work products • Experience with Python for automation tasks • Experience with ETL frameworks (SSIS, Informatica, etc.) • Must have experience with Microsoft Excel (expert level) and ability to create compelling PPT presentations • Excellent critical thinking skills and proven track record with presenting quantitative information to stakeholders • Experience with business intelligence (BI) tools (MicroStrategy, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, etc.) • Experience integrating data across disparate sources and platforms • Scrappy, innovative, and outcomes obsessed • Ability to successfully handle multiple competing priorities • Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations Interpersonal Skills & Attributes • Ability to present clearly and concisely to a diverse group of business and clinical stakeholders • Ability to work in rapidly growing environment, with excellent attention to detail, multitasking and organizational skills • Ability to build consensus across cross-functional and across geographic teams • Must possess a 'can-do' attitude with the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff • Ability to convey technical topics to non-technical audiences • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills • Ability to handle high levels of pressure and apply critical decision making with constantly shifting priorities • Ability to work independently and with a team on simultaneous tasks in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness • Ability to understand complicated problems and supply concise and relevant answers Physical Demands -- -- *Thanks & Regards,* *Veer Partap* *IT Recruiter* *Direct: 732-645-1917* *veerpartaphmgamer...@gmail.com * *www.hmgamerica.com <http://www.hmgamerica.com/>* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "CorptoCorp" group.
