I cannot see a mismatch here. You are using a proxy?

The md5sum should be: 183f9589b6898410870cf6205d5b8dda

(Note, there have been mismatches due to an incorrect sync in the past
which have been resolved by now, so this should just be stale data.)

The mismatches come from an incorrect resync after the archive move. The
contents of the files itself were actually ok.
To fix the archive I've placed a little script in the root directory
that wgets the corresponding files as rsync won't do it due to same time
stamps and sizes. You could also just remove them and resync.
