Bug#219973: apache dies shortly after being started

Apache starts normally from /etc/init.d/apache but dies instanly after the
start. No errors reported in syslog or apaches errorlog. When run through 
valgrind:

Bug#229546: apache2-common: nph-cgi with mod_ssl streaming bug

there's a streaming bug in mod_ssl which prevents nph (non-parsed-header) cgi's
from working... first discovered by jeff trawick,
but it still exists in debian/sid
(esp. cgi::irc isn't currently working over ssl-connections, that's my problem 
;)

now there's a fix for that, maybe you could apply this as soon as possible?
