Because, prior to db4.6, libdb-dev did not exist at all (I think).
We'll probably change this when we upgrade to db4.6.  Which, IMO, we
should do pretty soon.

Is there a real reason libaprutil1-dev depends on libdb4.4-dev instead of
libdb-dev (maybe versioned)?

Sorry if I sound ignorant, that's because I am^W don't know much about the
internals of aprutil.
