The tracker is just an intermediary here, it displays the output of the britney tool. Thus that ought to be fixed at the britney level. When britney says "ukui-system-monitor/ppc64el has unsatisfiable dependency" it should say which dependency is unsatisfiable. And if this appears in the excuses output, then the package tracker will also display it. So, I think it is better for tracker to include the relevant links to debcheck?
