An RFP means you are requesting someone to package it. The best you can do is to make it as easy as possible for potential packagers to decide whether it's worth looking into it. Especially the information about the license and programming language is very useful for this. In this particular case it could make sense to Cc: the KDE Team as they might be interested in picking it up themselves. The "RFP" is a tag meant to go in the subject / bug title instead of "TAG" (which I forgot to fix, doing it with this message). In addition to the above, especially since this is an RFP, the report should contain more information about the package, like the upstream URL, license, etc. (see the link I provided below). This makes it easier for a potential contributor that is looking into packaging it.
