We may be able to distribute them as fair use in some jurisdictions,
but fair use is not universal.

More importantly, many of the icons in question cannot be modified,
so are not appropriate for main.

Is there really a need to distribute these icons in main? [Perhaps
consider splitting them out into non-free?]

bbclone's copyright file indicates that the package is under the GPL,
but a non-GPL Firefox icon is included.
Additionnally, bbclone is in main and the Firefox icon is not
modifiable.
