create Packages.gz file from directory
Hello! I want to create a Packages.gz file for local files, i.e. on a CD-ROM or ZIP floppy. Using dpkg --record-avail -R /usr/src/deb it's possible to get the information "manually", but how can I write it to a file?? (dpkg version was 1.4.0.8) Thanks Christian -- Christian Leutloff, Aachen, Germany eMail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.oche.de/~leutloff/ Debian/GNU Linux!
