Tim Sailer [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: Yeah, but I need to support netscape mail under Lose95... There's a command line version of ssh that runs under win32 (I've used it under NT, I never run '95), that will do port redirects (which would allow you to tunnel the pop port). -- Raul -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of unsubscribe. I have a real nice freeware ssh client with all the dlls you need at http://intranet.org/~troy/ssh/free-ssh.zip. Works well... for a windows program that is. *grin* Troy -End of forwarded message- -Forwarded message from Marshall Perrin [EMAIL PROTECTED]- Date: Fri, 23 Jan 1998 03:37:48 -0500 (EST) From: Marshall Perrin [EMAIL PROTECTED] I know of at least two freeware ports of ssh to Win32 One can be found at http://public.srce.hr/~cigaly/ssh/, the other at http://bmrc.berkeley.edu/people/chaffee/winntutil.html The latter is only a command mode program (i.e. runs in a dos window) but it supports port forwarding, which means you can just forward local 23 to the remote host and then use whichever your favorite telnet client is, which is a nice thing. (the F-secure program in my experience has decent ssh support but not quite as nice terminal emulation.) I haven't yet played with the other client listed up there, although it's on my list of things to do this weekend. - Marshall (hrm, only 269 new messages? slow day. :-P -End of forwarded message- -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of unsubscribe.
