Sorry about that. I was explaining someone (that wasn't a name) how to 
localize his KDE to Brazilian Portuguese. I supposed he couldn't understand 
English. But I should have written at least a note explaining that.

Oi,

Eu suponho que tudo esteja em inglês. Entre no control center (um do botões 
na barra de tarefas), escolha a opção personalization à esquerda e então 
country  language. Em country à direita escolha america, south and 
central e Brazil. Aperte o botão apply no canto inferior direito. 
Reinicie o KDE.
