 MultiViews support, so you can just say
 http://lpnotfr.free.fr/devel#kio_apt  (and that way, if you decide later
 to redo that page using cgi, mod_perl, fastcgi, php, plain html, xsl, or
 some new futuristic technology, you won't have to break any links to
 it.)
